Health Quest Urgent Medical Care Practice, P.C. at 1100 State Route 55, Lagrangeville, New York.

Spent two hours with my grand daughter. Told staff at front desk where to send prescription. They sent it to a pharmacy 20 miles away from where we asked. Corrected them while we were there and they said it was corrected. Went to pharmacy and script not there. Called them and they said they would have doctor send it again after next patient. Still not done more than an hour later. This young lady was hospitalized only a month ago for same condition. Delay in care is unacceptable and negligent. 12/21/17. They were also aware that this pharmacy closes at 6pm.
